About the Role

The Recruiting Partner will support full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of business functions in the U.S. and EMEA. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand current and future talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and attract qualified candidates for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles. The Recruiting Partner will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing expertise, market insights, and guidance to meet the organization’s evolving workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to identify the specific skills and qualities needed for each role based on business objectives.
  • Work with HR Ops to create detailed job descriptions aligned with organizational standards and requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications.
  • Consult with hiring managers to review resumes and recommend candidates for progression based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with potential candidates in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Perform reference and background checks to verify employment history, job performance, and other relevant details.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Partner with hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate salaries and benefits packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience mentoring junior to mid-level team members.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, including ADP Workforce Now.
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.
  • Must successfully pass a skills assessment.

Special Requirements

U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) is required. This position requires access to information subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants will be asked to provide documentation verifying U.S. person status under ITAR/EAR, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status (refugee/asylee). Some positions may require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements.
