Essential Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for sales and marketing positions across multiple markets.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Vice Presidents, and other operational leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, career events, and community partnerships.
- Manage the interview and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes.
- Supervise and develop a Recruiting Coordinator, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
- Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and retention trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Coincide and participate in hiring events, open houses, and recruiting initiatives across supported markets.
- Travel up to 25% to support recruiting activities, leadership meetings, onboarding efforts, and hiring events in Cape Cod and other assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Capital Vacations by promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for commission-based, production-based, or performance-driven roles is required.
- Previous leadership experience, including mentoring or managing recruiting team members, is preferred.
- Timeshare industry recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across various locations.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through data and market insight.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
