Recruiting Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Recruiting Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own end-to-end recruiting efforts across a variety of functions, with a strong emphasis on Sales and Engineering hiring. The Recruiting Manager will partner closely with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, shape hiring strategies, and ensure the organization can scale with the right people in the right seats. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines individual recruiting execution with team coaching, process improvement, and a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
