Recruiting Intern - Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiting Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Prepare and distribute job postings
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Research and gather candidate information
• Update applicant tracking systems

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Interest in human resources or related fields
• Basic understanding of recruiting processes

Skills

• Proficient in using email and messaging platforms
• Knowledge of social media for recruitment purposes
• Basic data analysis skills
