Recruiting/HR Coordinator

As the Recruiting Coordinator / HR Generalist, you will own the full hiring pipeline for our territory—from the first application to the first day on the job. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on staying organized, moving fast, and making great first impressions on behalf of our brand. You'll work out of our Maryville office as part of a team supporting recruiting and HR across multiple territories.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervisors and department managers to determine hiring needs and develop hiring programs
- Determine applicant qualifications by conducting pre-screen interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Create, post, and maintain job advertisements through the applicant tracking system (ATS) database
- Input complete applicant and employee information into home care software and ATS
- Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information and qualifications; ensure all communication with candidates is documented
- Coordinate onboarding experience with new hires; communicate recruitment process and orientation requirements
- Develop full-cycle recruiting strategies to target and recruit candidates from various sources, including third-party job boards and industry events
- Track KPIs/metrics and use data to make decisions
- Represent the company at internal and external job fairs, trade shows, conventions, and other events as necessary
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR—home care, healthcare, or another high-volume hiring environment is a strong plus
- Comfort running a full-cycle process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, background/reference checks, and onboarding
- Excellent communication skills and a natural instinct for reading people—you know a great caregiver when you talk to one
- Strong organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple open reqs across territories without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with virtual interview tools and applicant tracking / HR systems (Hireology experience a plus)
- A genuine belief in the mission of helping seniors age in place with dignity
- Experience with recruitment processes, best practices, ATS, and job board utilization
- Success managing client relationships with a commitment to quality and results
- Experience supporting customer needs with a high level of service
- Success in a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Ability to pass a criminal background screen
