First Fed · Seattle, WA · 1 mo ago
Human Resources$80k–$122k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" description, "Our Values", "Position Purpose", "Essential Functions" (which includes Recruiting and HR Business Partner sections), "Talent Management Support", "Data, Reporting & Compliance", "Qualifications & Requirements", "Physical Requirements", "Pay Range", benefits description. We must use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). But we can use other headings? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use h3 for each section heading. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We should remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content from "Who We Are", "Our Values", "Position Purpose", "Essential Functions" (Recruiting and HR Business Partner), "Talent Management Support", "Data, Reporting & Compliance", "Qualifications & Requirements", "Physical Requirements", "Pay Range", benefits description. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We should only include sections that have real specific content. We need to decide which headings to use. The examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt. We have "Who We Are" maybe as About the company? Could be "About the Company". But they said use h3 for section headings (e.g., About the role...). Not strict list; we can use appropriate headings. We need to avoid repeating job title. No job title given explicitly; but we can ignore. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

About First Fed

... content from Who We Are ...

Our Values

  • Optimism: ...
  • etc.

    Position Purpose

    ...

    Responsibilities

We can split into Recruiting and HR Business Partner maybe as subheadings? But we only allowed h3 for section headings; we could have h3 for Responsibilities and then inside use
    • for each duty. Could also have subheadings using

? Not prohibited but maybe better to keep simple. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. We'll use h3 for each major section. Thus:

      Responsibilities

      • Recruiting: ...
      • etc. But we need to preserve details; we can break into multiple li items. We have many responsibilities: Lead full-cycle sourcing activities..., Partner with hiring managers..., Oversee and assist..., Source candidates..., Screen applicants..., Draft & extend offers..., Support pre-employment..., Develop talent pipelines..., Track recruiting metrics..., Promote organization..., HR Business Partner Support: Serve as trusted HR advisor..., Provide guidance..., Coach managers..., Assist with employee relations..., Assist with change..., Assist with change management..., Promote consistent application..., Talent Management Support: Support succession planning..., Provide support for organizational capability gaps..., Support activities that promote employee engagement. Data, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records..., Generate and analyze reports..., Utilize data... We can combine into one
          with many
        • . Then

          Qualifications & Requirements

          with
          • ...
          • . Then

            Physical Requirements

            with

            ...

            . Then

            Pay

            with

            ...

(including pay range and incentive plan). Then

            Benefits

            with

            ...

(benefits package). We should not include Schedule section because not present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience" as a heading; but it's okay inside text. We must remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences about diversity etc. We'll keep one. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract.
