Recruiting Home Health Care Hiring Coordinator - Sandwich - Cape Cod

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, interview, hire, and onboard compassionate caregivers throughout the South Shore. If you're energetic, organized, goal-driven, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this full-time position may be for you.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting sources
• Create and manage online job postings
• Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Complete background checks and pre-employment requirements
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and data entry
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
• Work closely with our Scheduling team to meet staffing needs
• Achieve weekly hiring goals and recruiting metrics

This position requires extensive phone communication, computer work, and candidate follow-up throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Healthcare or home care recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
• Tech-savvy with experience using Indeed, social media, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
