The Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator / Recruiting Ops Specialist to support and scale our hiring operations across technical and business roles. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, while also empowering our recruiters and hiring managers to operate more efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Pivot with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview workflows
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby
• Aid with job postings and role updates across platforms
• Support offer coordination and onboarding logistics
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health
• Identify and implement process improvements in recruiting operations
• Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience

Desired Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, Talent Ops, or similar operations role
• Experience with Ashby ATS
• Experience building recruiting operations with tools/systems management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive experience calendaring
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Interest in startups, operations, or building scalable processes
