About the role
We're seeking a motivated professional to join our team immediately in a full-time, onsite, 6-month contract opportunity based in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities from candidate selection through Day One.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agency partners by coordinating candidate submissions, interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offers, conversions, and start dates.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely movement through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Carefully coordinate all pre-employment requirements, including background screenings, drug testing, compliance documentation, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain compliance daily to ensure candidates are fully cleared prior to orientation.
- Enter new hires into ADP, verify employee information for accuracy, and partner with HR, IT, and onboarding teams to ensure Day One readiness.
- Maintain recruiting trackers, onboarding rosters, hiring metrics, and recruiting reports.
- Support reporting inputs for Talent Acquisition leadership, maintain candidate records within the ATS, ensure data integrity, and assist with job postings, recruiting documentation, and other recruiting administrative functions.
- Aid with special projects, documentation updates, onboarding support, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives while providing excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners.

Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or administrative experience
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS is preferred
- Experience partnering with staffing agencies or third-party vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams

Benefits
Compensation is $27.00 per hour based on experience.
