Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting Operations team on a contract. You will play a crucial role in supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Support our recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & in-person) for all open roles
• Streamline the interview process to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient
• Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build out interview plans

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members
• Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service
• Experience working in an environment that requires continuous process improvements
