About the role
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support throughout the full-cycle recruitment process. This role manages interview scheduling, candidate communication, data tracking, and onboarding support while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Clock interviews across multiple time zones, including panel, executive, and high-volume interviews
- Manage complex interview calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience
- Aid recruiters with candidate screening and application review
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards and social networks
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Aid with onboarding processes and related administrative support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruiting or Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus; familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills across in-person and digital channels
- Proven ability to meet or exceed defined goals and objectives
