About the role

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support candidate pipelines, recruiting coordination, communication, scheduling, and accurate people records. The position supports travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting coordinator activity connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
• Maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, communications, documents, and next steps.
• Schedule interviews, onboarding tasks, training, or recruiter follow-up and keep stakeholders informed.
• Review applications or sourcing lists against documented requirements as assigned.
• Prepare pipeline trackers, activity summaries, and handoff notes for recruiters or hiring leads.
• Provide professional candidate communication while protecting personal information.

Requirements

• Strong organization, written communication, and follow-through.
• Comfort using applicant-tracking workflows, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and job boards.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate interactions and deadlines accurately.
• Professional judgment and discretion with personal information.
• Transferable coordination or customer-service experience is welcome for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
