Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $42,000-$52,000 per year About The Role The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing execution through campaign coordination, content scheduling, asset tracking, reporting, and organized follow-up. Key Responsibilities Maintain campaign calendars, content schedules, and task trackers for assigned marketing work.Coordinate assets, copy, approvals, and delivery dates across active initiatives.Keep campaign documentation and status information current in shared systems.Compile basic performance data and prepare clear summaries for team review.Check published or scheduled materials against approved information and formatting requirements.Track open feedback and revision requests through completion. Qualifications Working knowledge of Marketing, Campaign Coordination, and Content Scheduling.Ability to apply Reporting and Email Marketing accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
