Recruiting Coordinator
ScottMadden is seeking a confident and collaborative recruiting coordinator to provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Team, helping coordinate day-to-day activities and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and brings a positive, team-oriented attitude to every interaction. The ideal candidate will be located near our Atlanta, Georgia office, as the Recruiting Coordinator is expected to work from the office at least two days a week and remotely the balance of the week.
Responsibilities
- Manage interview logistics for all candidates—analyst, associate, experienced hires, interns, and staff—ensuring a seamless virtual and in-person experience
- Serve as the primary candidate liaison, overseeing scheduling, confirmations, office visits, and expense reimbursement while providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Manage job postings across various platforms, including schools, LinkedIn, and the ScottMadden website
- Review resumes and candidate assessment results and dispositions candidates in UKG for selected positions
- Organize and maintain interview-related documentation, including resumes, interview guides, case presentations, feedback sheets, and the interview database
- Coordinate recruiting events, including school events, conferences, and MBA call-backs
Requirements
- Possesses a customer service mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-up with demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks amidst competing deadlines
- Produces accurate, timely, and thorough work
- Exhibits professional-level verbal and written communications skills
- Adept at navigating business applications and technology platforms
- Capable of working well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience as an administrative assistant and/or providing recruiting support
