Pay
The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws.
- Base salary: $105,000 – $125,000

About the role

Hiring the right people — especially at the executive level — is one of the most important ways we pursue this mission. We’re seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team, focusing on the logistics and coordination of recruiting efforts for the Recruiting organization. This role will involve close collaboration with recruiters, sourcers, interviewers, and hiring managers, ensuring operational excellence and a standout candidate experience.
This role is a non-exempt, hourly position based on a 40-hour work week with potential for overtime earnings.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the scheduling process, end to end, for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs.
- Act as a partner for recruiting ops problems and help find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration.
- Greet candidates onsite in the office to provide a welcoming interview experience.
- Be the primary scheduling and interview planner for various Recruiters and Hiring Managers across technical teams.
- Use tools like Ashby, Guide, ChatGPT, G-Suite, and others to uphold a timely and positive hiring experience and process.
- Problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage clear, concise, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form.
- Handle candidate reimbursement and travel (domestic and international).
- Work with the Executive Operations team to support and improve candidate experience and management of senior and executive-level candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including experience scaling processes and driving operational improvements across teams.
- Highly skilled in tools like Google Calendar, Guide, Ashby, Slack, and Notion with demonstrated ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing demands.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to enhance coordination processes.
- Discretion when working with senior and executive-level candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Broader knowledge of AI or technology trends to engage candidates effectively.
- Advanced technical knowledge of tools used for process automation or optimization in recruiting.
- Familiarity with interviewer training logistics, feedback workflows, or recruiting ops tooling.
- A process improvement mindset — you’ve contributed to better systems, documentation, or team operations.
Schedule
Hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
