About the Role
The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates to fill job orders obtained from client and prospect companies by the Business Development team. The Recruiting Consultant develops relationships with food and beverage company contacts and candidates, identifying matches to facilitate successful job offers and placements.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, interview, and select candidates
- Develop recruitment plans to meet personal and company revenue goals
- Manage offers from clients to candidates
- Maintain high-level rapport with clients, staff, and candidates
- Initiate and develop recruiting relationships within the food and beverage community
- Attend meetings and provide status reports on current job order activities and future projections

- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staffing/recruiting positions is preferred
Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent and 3+ years of progressive experience within recruiting, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. CSP Designation or willingness to obtain CSP is required.
Pay
Competitive minimum starting base salary of $45,000 plus commission and incentives.
