About the role

The Associate Worker Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting qualified workers for RigUp's diverse client base. This position requires a combination of technical skills and interpersonal abilities to ensure that RigUp can meet the growing demand for skilled labor in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes to identify candidates who match client needs
• Source viable candidates for various roles across different categories
• Leverage internal networks and external resources to find suitable candidates
• Communicate the benefits of working with RigUp to potential candidates
• Support the Worker Recruiting team in responding to client inquiries and requests
• Provide insights on market trends and recruiting best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Proactive approach to talent acquisition
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using office equipment and software
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
