Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer development.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other proactive sourcing methods.
  • Track candidate activity and hiring progress in recruiting systems and databases while maintaining accurate and organized records.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Support compliance with company policies, hiring procedures, and human resources standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other computer programs to prepare reports, document activity, and manage recruiting operations.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements by identifying workflow gaps, sharing insights, and helping implement effective practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources administration within a structured business environment.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across hiring teams and candidate groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and database or applicant tracking systems used for recruiting operations.
  • Knowledge of hiring processes, workplace policies, and standard recruiting procedures and practices.
  • Ability to source candidates through networking, referrals, media channels, and direct outreach methods such as cold calling.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings, competing deadlines, and detailed documentation.
  • Experience supporting training, operations, or benefit-related coordination is helpful in a broader HR setting.
