Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL drivers, mechanics, office staff, and operations personnel.
- Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.
- Screens resumes and conduct phone interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Verify employment history and qualifications.
- Coverage of background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment requirements.
- Manage driver recruiting through Tenstreet and other recruiting tools.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Coverage of new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Maintenance of recruiting metrics.
- Participation in recruiting events and job fairs.
- Ensuring hiring practices comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (transportation preferred).
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS systems (Tenstreet, Breezy, Indeed, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
