Job Description
Our team is growing and looking to hire 4 Recruiters to join our Fort Worth team.
What You'll Do
- SOURCE candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms
- MAKES OUTBOUND calls to potential candidates
- CONDUCTS phone screenings and interviews
- SCHEDULES interviews and coordinates onboarding
- MANTAINS candidate records and recruiting activity
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with candidates throughout the hiring process
- HELP MEET weekly and monthly hiring goals

- COMFORTABLE MAKING phone calls throughout the day

- POSITIVE ATTITUDE and willingness to learn
- CUSTOMER SERVICE, sales, hospitality, call center, or administrative experience is a plus
