WhiteCap Search is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to join our team in Miami. The successful candidate will support our Tech Recruitment team, focusing on hiring initiatives nationwide for roles within the technology vertical. This position involves managing a high-volume requisition load and partnering directly with leaders across the organization.ResponsibilitiesSupport hiring initiatives nationwide, focusing on various roles within the organization.Manage a high-volume requisition load efficiently.Partner directly with leaders across the organization to fulfill recruitment needs.Utilize strong passive sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter.Extend offers and manage compensation negotiations effectively.Maintain polished communication skills to interact with leadership teams.Requirements5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred.Demonstrated success in passive sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience in extending offers and managing compensation negotiations.Polished communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams.Workday experience strongly preferred.Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams is a plus.Must be comfortable working 3 days onsite in Miami. #ITSHR Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
