Responsibilities

• Support hiring initiatives nationwide, focusing on various roles within the organization.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load efficiently.
• Partner directly with leaders across the organization to fulfill recruitment needs.
• Utilize strong passive sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Extend offers and manage compensation negotiations effectively.
• Maintain polished communication skills to interact with leadership teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in passive sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in extending offers and managing compensation negotiations.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with leadership teams.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working 3 days onsite in Miami.
