Contract position for 6 months+ in Orange, CA – hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
- Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
- Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.
- Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance-related records are up to date.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to identify sourcing strategies tailored to department needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
- Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other creative channels) to generate candidate flow.
- Track and report recruiting activity/outcomes (pipeline health, time-to-fill drivers, source effectiveness).
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Learn and apply best practices related to interviewing, talent markets, and recruiting processes.
- Support job postings, offer processing, and recruiting system updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of related recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience working with an application tracking system (ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders; strong calendar management skills.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay
$45–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience.
