The role of Recruiter at Tenstorrent is critical to identifying and bringing in the talent necessary to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across supply chain, operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or related business functions.
About the role
- Supports Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and broader Business Operations functions.
- Works remotely, with a preference for candidates based in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.
- This is a 6-month contract role.
What We Need
- Ability to build talent pipelines beyond LinkedIn through industry networks, referrals, niche communities, and targeted market mapping.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and move searches forward with speed and clarity.
- Strong candidate assessment and closing skills, especially for operationally critical roles where business impact matters.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to keep recruiting workflows sharp, human, and scalable.

Compensation
Tenorstrenn offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, with engineering salaries ranging from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency may impact employment eligibility.
