Recruiting Coordinator, Contractor

Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour
The above base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package for employees. Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive suite of medical, financial and additional benefits.

About the role

This position is a Romeoville based contract Recruiting Coordinator role that requires working full-time onsite and standard business hours, Monday-Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Perform administrative tasks throughout the recruiting and candidate life-cycle
• Support onsite hiring events
• Collaborate with a variety of Recruiters to support Wayfair’s aggressive hiring goals and quick timelines
• Ensure timely and accurate creation and submission of job offer letters and job requisitions
• Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process, and hiring manager and candidate experience
• Maintain data integrity throughout the recruitment technology stack to promote accuracy of records and metrics
• Ensure a positive, well-rounded candidate experience by partnering with Recruiters on candidate follow up via phone, email and text message communication
• Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as needed
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in recruiting, human resources and/or a support role
• Ability to be flexible and provide a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
• Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
• An acute eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent ability to multitask
• A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in computer based data entry and word processing; ability to learn and use multiple software applications
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships and to work collaboratively
