Recruiter, Staff Leasing
About the role
As a Recruiter within our Staff Leasing business, you will play a key role in managing the entire recruitment process for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service and meeting their specific staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with both Sales and Clients to understand their recruitment needs in detail.
- Participate in job briefing meetings and provide recommendations that add value to clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Write and post job advertisements tailored to the specific requirements of the positions.
- Conduct thorough searches to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews with pre-selected candidates and assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide support to other regions where required.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
- Tailor recruitment solutions to meet the clients’ evolving needs and expectations.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in managing recruitment processes, ideally within a staffing agency.
- Experience in temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) and direct hire across the German market.
- Clear and effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
- Native level German language skills along with English of B2 level as a minimum requirement.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Good negotiating skills, to negotiate offers and terms with candidates.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple candidates, schedules, and tasks.
- A good understanding of the roles being recruited for, including required skills and experience.
Pay
Compensation varies by hiring location. For target markets within the European Union (EU), the base salaries start from:
- Germany: €55,000
- Greece: €47,000
