About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success at Coinbase. This pivotal role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a diverse portfolio that includes general administrative, customer experience, enterprise applications, IT, and potentially product groups. The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and facilitate a seamless candidate experience. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires supporting both technical and non-technical requisitions depending on business priorities. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, pipeline development, and process improvements to accelerate hiring velocity and scale our recruiting efforts globally. Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance across your portfolio
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective search strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes
• Utilize pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring efficiency, and inform decision-making
• Contribute to process improvements and pilot programs to enhance recruiting impact at scale
• Support both G&A and technical requisitions, adapting to shifting business priorities
• Leverage generative AI tools responsibly to streamline workflows while maintaining human oversight

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology or high-growth environment
• Proven success in closing competitive candidates across G&A and technical functions
• Strong ability to quickly adapt to new role types and talent markets
• Deep understanding of the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping to onboarding
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimize recruiting strategies
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
