About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape of our organization. In this strategic position, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, managing high-impact searches and developing innovative recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in workforce planning, demand forecasting, and prioritizing critical roles essential to our growth and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence talent acquisition practices across various functions, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates for complex and specialized roles. The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will develop and refine talent acquisition playbooks, interview frameworks, and process improvements, while also providing mentorship and capability-building support to junior team members. Your insights into talent market trends, competitor analysis, and location strategies will inform our hiring plans and help us build a scalable, efficient recruiting engine. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in vendor evaluations, and champion employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous hiring challenges and deliver results through creative and rigorous approaches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing and scaling HR or Talent Acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with iCIMS, ADP, and DocuSign (minimum 4 years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (minimum 4 years).
  • Previous leadership experience in managing teams, projects, or mentorship roles.
  • Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to develop workforce plans, demand forecasts, and prioritize critical roles.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, executive, niche, and highly complex roles using tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Consult on compensation packages and offers, negotiating complex offers to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Develop, implement, and refine talent acquisition playbooks, interview frameworks, and process enhancements; provide training and support to team members.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring timely communication, structured interviews, and feedback hygiene.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and location-specific strategies to inform hiring plans.
  • Design and lead targeted hiring initiatives, outreach strategies, and partnerships to attract top talent.
  • Own and analyze talent acquisition metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition in cross-functional initiatives, vendor evaluations, and technology upgrades.
  • Champion employer branding efforts through content creation, events, and campaigns to enhance employer value proposition.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP standards and maintain accurate ATS documentation for audits.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational hiring goals.
