About the role

- Use direct sourcing to reach candidates.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline.
- Implement recruiting processes from scratch and advise on the resources and tools.
- Bring fresh ideas that improve how we attract and retain field talent.
- Flex into other areas of the business during slower recruiting stretches such as supporting HR, marketing, or wherever your strengths can move the company forward.

- Prior experience directing recruiting for skilled trades: electricians, laborers, plumbers, drywallers, HVAC, or similar talent pool.
- A clear understanding of how and where to reach tradespeople, how to screen them, and how to network.
