About the role

AIMI is a leading provider of mobile and fixed medical imaging solutions. We partner with health systems and outpatient medical facilities to deliver high-quality radiology imaging services. We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiter/Onboarding Professional to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all recruitment and onboarding of our mobile and fixed imaging locations across all projects.
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate internal employee records within our system.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Working on the Paychex Flex Hiring Portal to upload resumes and offer letters to generate AIMI onboarding packets.
  • Working on Paychex Recruiting Copilot to help organize new candidate flow and support hiring efficiency.
  • Facilitating all communication with new employees such as welcome emails, requests for I-9 documents, and overseeing / managing the Paychex onboarding requirements and process.
  • In addition to onboarding new hires through AIMI, most of our employees are subject to additional contract labor onboarding requirements of our clients. You will be responsible for communicating and facilitating our clients' onboarding documents for the respective hospital or health system where the new employee will be working.
  • Ensuring that techs and employees maintain annual compliance with both AIMI and the respective health systems.
  • Establishing relationships, attending job fairs, and recruiting young local talent from Universities and radiology programs in the area.
  • Organizing and running monthly hiring calls with managers and corporate teammates to discuss hiring needs, current staffing challenges, and any upcoming events or news to share with the team.
  • Managing new and existing job postings through our AIMI website, Paychex, and posting openings across our social media accounts.
  • Uploading and sending offer letters through DocuSign.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or medical imaging industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with hiring portals (like Paychex and Paychex Recruiting CoPilot).
  • The ability to manage multiple compliance requirements simultaneously.
  • Incredible organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to the details when working independently or with your teammates.
