About the role

This is an in-office position in Carol Stream, IL. Concordia Wireless is a privately held full-service engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm experiencing rapid growth across the country. Clients consider us the 'best choice' for their design and construction needs. We are one of the very few engineering firms in the country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (English – Russian) Construction Recruiter/Sourcer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• Strong background in the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English.
• Experience in sourcing skilled labor roles.
• Comfortable carrying a 15+ request load with priorities that shift weekly.
• Expertise in using Boolean searching and skilled with Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles.

Pay

Pay Range: $35 - 45/hour plus generous commission and annual bonus
