Recruiter III

Join Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions, and take the next step in your career. This is a 11-month contract role in Seattle, WA with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct passive candidate sourcing for high-level, niche legal roles
• Review and manage applicant bids
• Engage directly with candidates through outreach, screening, and relationship management
• Partner with hiring managers on role intake, feedback, and candidate strategy
• Build and communicate a compelling candidate value proposition for senior-level legal talent
• Maintain consistent interaction with very senior candidates and internal stakeholders
• Participate in bi-weekly meetings with hiring managers and ongoing collaboration with business partners
• Meet or exceed defined sourcing and recruiting performance targets
• Demonstrate ownership of requisitions from sourcing through candidate delivery
• Uphold high standards of quality, professionalism, and candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of legal recruiting or legal sourcing experience
• Strong functional sourcing expertise, including passive candidate identification and engagement
• Experience supporting corporate customers and senior-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver results and take ownership of recruiting outcomes
• High standards for candidate quality, communication, and process execution
• Legal sourcing background
• Demonstrated career progression and stability within a single organization
• Experience recruiting for niche or highly specialized roles
• Degree or relevant certification (preferred, not required)

Pay

Pay range for this position is $54.00 to $59.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
