About the role
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment. The ideal candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This role involves a wide degree of creativity and latitude and may include leading and directing the work of others. This is a high-priority position to support new recruiting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.
- Extend offers and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to recruitment.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or a related area is required.
- Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
- Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to applicable export control laws and regulations.
