About the Role
This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting. The position involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The successful candidate will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees.
- Extend offers of employment and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
- Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.
- Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
A bachelor's degree may be required.

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite). The role typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
