Recruiter II
Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)
Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly
About the role
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers. The position requires an individual who can handle a high volume of requisitions and work effectively within a geographically dispersed team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools to identify and evaluate candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential new employees.
- Manage the offer process and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Handle a high volume of requisitions, expected to be 20 or more.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and screening evaluations.
- Work independently as part of a geographically distributed team.
- Rely on established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions under immediate supervision.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area.
- Knowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of requisitions.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty area may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for solution architect or sales roles.
- Recent experience utilizing new recruiting tools and AI technologies.
