Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: post job advertisements, search the Internet and relevant databases, network, and qualify candidates.
- Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.
- Submit and review candidates with hiring managers.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customer needs.
- Handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
- Understand and advance the company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
Requirements
- Strong full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or full life-cycle recruiting.
Pay
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
