Role Overview
This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The individual will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. The position also includes performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and interview potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks for applicants.
- Prepare and extend employment offers.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Perform exit interviews.
- Process changes related to employee status.
- Adhere to pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
- Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area of specialty may be required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.
- Skills: Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field is necessary.
Pay
$30-34/hr
