About the role
This role offers the opportunity to support the full employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations. The position will manage recruiting efforts across a diverse range of roles, coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, maintain accurate employee records and HR data, and serve as a resource for employees and hiring teams. The role will also contribute to intern program coordination, HR reporting, technology support, and broader HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, from production positions to technical and specialized openings, using online platforms and networking channels to build candidate pipelines.
- Create and manage job advertisements across appropriate digital sources while identifying new online sourcing methods to improve candidate reach and engagement.
- Review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams to move searches forward efficiently.
- Keep applicants informed throughout the hiring process through timely verbal and written communication regarding next steps and hiring status.
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation support, completion of hiring documentation, and entry of employee information into HR systems.
- Administer pre-employment processes such as background checks, drug screenings, and employment eligibility verification, while maintaining accurate compliance records including I-9 files.
- Maintain recruiting and employee records with accuracy, prepare reports and HR metrics, and track contract workforce hours for reporting to external agencies as needed.
- Oversee the intern program by coordinating available opportunities, supporting intern activities, and helping recognize project completion at the end of assignments.
- Assist employees with accessing and using HR technology tools, and contribute to broader HR projects and generalist responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience, with the ability to support hiring across multiple departments; manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, employment processes, and recruiting methods from sourcing through onboarding.
- Experience using applicant tracking or human capital management systems; familiarity with UKG Pro or UltiPro is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn digital recruiting tools, social media platforms, and related software.
- Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are preferred.

Pay
The targeted salary range for this position is $70K–$85K.
