Job Description

Interview potential candidates to assess fit and qualifications
Maintain accurate records and notes in a CRM or similar system

Manage post-close tasks and ensure smooth administrative follow-through

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms
• Driven and persistent in achieving goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
