About the role
Talent Solutions RPO is seeking 2 High-Volume Recruiters in the Rockwall, TX area. This is a Remote W2 contract with occasional travel onsite in Rockwall, TX for career events.
Responsibilities
- Use strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates in the manufacturing industry
- Conduct approximately 10 screens per day while managing other recruiting processes
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume, end-to-end recruiting experience
- Previous client-facing experience
- Reside around Rockwall, TX
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, Workday experience
