The Recruiter will play a critical role in delivering high-volume, high-quality hiring results that support our Wisconsin Manufacturing facilities. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and hire top talent aligned to our workforce needs and company values.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within the manufacturing facilities.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.
- Lead offer creation and negotiation processes, ensuring internal equity and a positive candidate experience.
- Recommend sourcing strategies and engagement methods to strengthen candidate quality and talent pipelines.
- Plan and facilitate onsite hiring events as needed.
- Conduct scoping meetings with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, set expectations, and align on process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to deliver against hiring needs.
- Participate in consensus discussions to align on candidate selection and ensure a smooth process for all parties.
- Track and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, reduce time-to-fill, and improve recruiter efficiency.
- Maintain recruiting processes, documentation, and systems in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Proactively suggest process improvements based on insights and feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities, volumes, and role types.
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Bilingual skills to support a diverse candidate population.
- Experience using recruiting data to drive process improvements and strategy shifts.
