Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral networks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies that scale
- Screens high volumes of applicants efficiently while maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rate) to identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput
- Cover interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and hiring teams simultaneously
- Ensure timely communication and feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams
- Support onboarding handoffs in collaboration with the People team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
- Continuously improve intake, screening, and workflow processes to support sustained high-volume hiring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments
- Proven ability to manage 20+ open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (able to track large pipelines without dropping candidates)
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers at all stages
- Comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday in a fast-moving startup environment
Pay
The US base hourly range for this full-time contract position is between $50.00 - $65.00.
Schedule
The company requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
