About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing technology company focused on building innovative solutions at the intersection of human expertise and emerging technologies. They are seeking a Recruiter to support a high-growth business unit and help scale teams across operations, leadership, and technical functions.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and develop talent strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support employer branding initiatives, referral programs, and talent attraction efforts.
• Help refine recruiting processes and systems as the organization continues to scale.
