Recruiter for Honors Summer Academy and Honors Global Academy

About the Role

Oklahoma Christian University is seeking a recruiter for the Honors Summer Academy (HSA) and Honors Global Academy (HGA). This position reports to the Honors Director and is responsible for recruiting high school students into both programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and promoting the Honors Summer Academy (HSA) and Honors Global Academy (HGA) to prospective students.
• Coordinate application materials by receiving, organizing, reviewing, updating, and following up on missing information.
• Communicate with applicants regarding application status and admission decisions in coordination with the HSA Director and Study Abroad Office, including acceptance and rejection notifications.
• Possible availability for registration and Welcome Dinner at HSA (Sunday, July 11).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with current communication and data management technologies, with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and systems.
• Demonstrated experience in general office administration and coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, students, and external constituents.
• The successful candidate must be an active member of a local Church.

Schedule

This position runs from September 8, 2026, to May 28, 2027.
