On-siteHuman Resources$120k–$180k/yrFull-time
About The Role
We're looking for a NYC-based talent hire to join us 5 days a week at our stunning new office in the heart of the Financial District.
What You’ll Do
- Own full lifecycle recruiting for our business unit’s roles, from intake through offer and close
- Run structured intakes with hiring managers, translating ambiguous needs into scoped requirements, calibrated bars, and search strategies
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-caliber engineering and operations talent, with an emphasis on passive candidates
- Refined interview loops, take-homes, and scorecards in partnership with hiring managers and the incoming Recruiting Operations Specialist
- Develop deep domain knowledge aligned with the teams you support to identify niche talent with the right specific domain fit
- Advise hiring managers with market data and candid calibration feedback, and influence decisions through credibility rather than volume
- Design assessments that predict on-the-job performance and improve signal quality
- Partner with HR to structure equitable offers and guide candidates to close
- Handle sensitive role and candidate information with discretion, including for searches whose scope is confidential
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles
- Deep familiarity with technical, operational, and GTM roles
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently across all levels and functions
- Confident representing the Deeptune / Mercor brand to top candidates
- Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems
- Experience improving recruiting processes, market maps, or interview architecture where they were thin or absent
Nice to Haves
- Experience as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup builder at a high-growth technology or AI company
- Comfort using LLMs to accelerate sourcing, research, and market mapping
- Interest in the human data / AGI space
