Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from partnering with hiring teams, sourcing to interviewing and offer management through successful onboarding including technical and corporate positions.
- Identify industry insights and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs to develop and deliver effective recruiting strategies.
- Prioritize a positive candidate experience.
- Represent York Space Systems as a brand ambassador in candidate interactions including in-person recruiting events.
- Craft compelling job postings and outreach messages to attract top talent.
- Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to metrics gathering and identify candidate and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates.
Key Qualifications
- Five or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including engaging and converting passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results.
- Values data integrity and organization to power data analytics and trend insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Dayforce is a plus.
- Ability to work fulltime in office.
