We connect recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers in one place — making professional networking meaningful, efficient, and borderless. The USA is a priority market for our global expansion, and this hire is central to that mission. You will be the face of Workistry in the USA, leading our recruiting operations to grow both our recruiter community and our partnerships with top employers.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across the USA onto the Workistry platform
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships
• Develop and execute a USA growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers
• Represent Workistry at USA recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in the USA — agency or in-house
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in the USA
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
• Comfortable using digital tools — ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking apps

We prefer candidates from the East Coast and West Coast time zones but are open to all candidates in the USA.

Pay

USD $110,000 - $140,000/yr
