About the role

We're looking for a resourceful and proactive Recruiter who can identify and engage strong talent across a broad range of professional and creative disciplines. This role requires someone who is comfortable recruiting for very different profiles, from creative and production talent to marketing, communications, operations, and other specialised roles. You should be able to quickly understand a new position, identify where the right candidates can be found, and develop an effective sourcing strategy. You'll manage recruitment from sourcing and initial assessment through interview coordination and offer, partnering closely with hiring managers. Many of our hiring needs can move quickly or involve specialised profiles, so adaptability, strong sourcing skills, and good judgement are essential.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of professional, creative, operational, and specialist roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
  • Quickly learn the requirements of unfamiliar or specialised positions and identify the right backgrounds, skills, and experience to target
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, job platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels
  • Identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates based on experience, skills, communication, motivation, and role requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a well-organised and responsive recruitment process
  • Coincide with candidates and internal teams throughout the process
  • Provide hiring managers with structured candidate insights and recommendations
  • Adapt sourcing strategies based on the role, market, geography, and hiring timeline
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate information in internal systems
  • Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and related people-operations activities when needed
  • Continuously identify new sourcing channels, professional communities, and approaches to reaching specialised talent

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a similar role
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through offer
  • Strong hands-on sourcing experience across multiple types of roles
  • Ability to recruit outside of a single specialisations and quickly understand new industries, functions, and candidate profiles
  • Experience sourcing specialised or hard-to-find talent
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify where different professional communities and talent pools can be reached
  • Confidence interviewing candidates from different professional backgrounds and levels of seniority
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities and requirements may evolve
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively move searches forward
  • Bonus points: Experience recruiting across creative, media, marketing, communications, operations, or other specialised professional functions, Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple markets, Experience working with both permanent employees and freelance or contract talent, Experience recruiting for project-based or high-volume hiring needs, Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and alternative sourcing platforms, Experience working in a startup, staffing agency, marketplace, or fast-growing international company
