Purpose Of Position
As a Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be tasked with executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership, to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting.
- Manage the entire candidate life cycle.
- Review resumes to identify potential.
- Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role.
- Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
- Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
- Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
- Accountable to hitting KPI's designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. Commensurate customer service and/or recruiting experience will be considered ILO Degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A track record of success working in a metrics driven environment.
