Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and streamline hiring processes.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and engaging candidates thoughtfully throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles such as manufacturing, engineering, or hardware.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical skills and tailor recruiting strategies to meet hiring manager needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Proven success in sourcing and attracting top talent for technical roles.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
