Job Summary

The HR Recruiter supports and executes full-cycle recruiting efforts for various roles across MODULE X SOLUTIONS, including hourly and salaried positions in manufacturing, engineering, and professional fields. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role partners with hiring managers to support workforce planning, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure timely hiring execution.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, interview guides, and recruiting documentation
  • Utilize sourcing tools, job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, communication, and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and hiring trends
  • Coincide and participate in recruiting events, including job fairs, campus events, career days, and onsite hiring events
  • Ensure candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with HR and leadership to ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and company policies
  • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates and prior applicants for future hiring needs
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency
  • Absorb and assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support workforce growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • Manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or industrial recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms required
  • Experience with APS Hire or similar ATS platforms preferred
